CATHOLIC IDENTITY   PHILOSOPHY
St. Paul Catholic School is a Catholic school steeped in tradition with the goal to take Catholic Education into the future and foster individuality. As a school, we provide daily instruction, discussion, and experiences in the Sacramental Life of the Church. Our interactions are a celebration of each other and the life we create with Jesus Christ. Those exposed to our community will perpetually weave the skills, virtues, habits of heart, and mind that will enable them to be viable living witnesses of Christ in our world.   Striving to maintain a hierarchy of values and a priority of objectives and sharing with the family the educational mission of the Church, St. Paul Catholic School helps each child shape and reshape his/her goals and talents in the light of the Gospel spirit of loving service, freedom, dignity, and charity.

St. Paul Catholic School’s academic foundation is based on the principles of self-learning, decision-making, and peace-making as well as teaching basic skills in each academic area.  In order to strengthen the learning process, parents need to be actively involved in continuing the process at home through review  and  reinforcement.   Each child  is also encouraged to integrate and apply these skills to new and challenging situations.  Creative and critical thinking skills that will help the child deal with the complexities of the modern world are the anticipated results of such principles.

Ultimately, the development of any person is a process.  St. Paul Catholic School understands and accepts its part in this process:  the integration of sound academic skills and Christ-like patterns of living that will enable the child to meet the demands of the future, both at higher levels of education and in the choosing of lifetime careers.
