Administrative Effectiveness Interpersonal Skills

    This form is designed to allow you to participate in creating an administrator effectiveness survey for Saint Paul School. By indicating your level of preference for each interpersonal skill, you will help create a prioritized list of administrative elements used to create the final administrative effectiveness survey. Please indicate your choice on a 1 to 5 scale, with 1 being “less relevant” and 5 being “more relevant”, for its use as a statement on the administration effectiveness survey.

    The final survey will consist of the top ranked statements from the list of professional skills and the list of interpersonal skills, for a total of 30 questions. In order to establish the ratio of professional skills to interpersonal skills, please indicate your preference in the space provided. For example, if you think the survey should be more oriented toward interpersonal skills you might indicate a percentage of distribution to be 60% interpersonal skill to 40% professional skill. That distribution would result in the use of the top 18 interpersonal statements and the top 12 professional statements to equal the twenty statements used in the final survey.
