Saint Paul Catholic School Exercise #3 Quantifying our Mission Statement/Where is the beef?

The questions below are intended allow us to measure whether we are making positive progress in our mission as a school.   If we had a gauge or index and  50 is stagnant we would always desire to be at 51 or higher and never at 49 or less.
For each section of our mission statement please provide two means to measure success or progress.  Our current success needs to be quantified, the majority of these items should be taking current successes and simply quantifying them or taking current successes and setting the bar up a notch.

If we are lacking in an area of formation, provide a measurable goal that can be reasonably be met in the next 3 years.
