After Care

Saint Paul Catholic School's After Care program provides a safe and nurturing academic and social experience for students who are registered in the program. Students begin the afternoon with time to eat a snack, work on homework, and move on to participating in developmentally appropriate outdoor or indoor free play.​​​​​​​

  • After Care begins on the first full day of school each year

  • Hours of Operation: 3:20 PM - 5:30 PM

  • Parents should park in the lower parking lot and ring the Library door for pick up.

  • To avoid drop in fees, parents must inform the front office and/or administration by 2PM if additions or changes are required.

  • A late fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for any student not picked up by 5:30 PM.

Daily Fees

  • $7.00 per student/ $14.00 family per session

  • 3:20 PM - 4:20 PM - Session 1

  • 4:20 PM - 5:30 PM - Session 2

  • **A late fee of $5.00 per minute will be charged for any student not picked up by 5:30 PM.

Drop In Fees

  • Single student: up to $30 per day

  • Family fee: up to $60 per day

    • From 3:25 PM - 3:35 PM, a flat rate of $5 per student/ $10 per family will be assessed.

    • At 3:35 PM, an additional $25 fee will be charged per student/ $50 per family.

Registration

In order to participate in the SPCS After Care program, parents must complete a one-time registration form for the 2026-2027 school year. Choose the registration form that best fits your family's After Care need. Should your need change throughout the school year, please notify administration.
