Registration & Payment

One registration form is required per child.
Registration is due June 1 or at least two weeks before your child’s camp week begins.
Families may register for all weeks at once or select individual week(s).
Full payment is due at the time of registration.
All registration forms and payments must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the start of the chosen camp week.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation requests will be accepted up to two weeks before campt start

Parents are required to review and sign our Summer Camp Guidelines before students are able to attend camp. Our Camp Director, Lakisha Taylor, will send you the guidelines and an agreement form before the start of each camp.

Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents should park and bring campers to the aftercare/library door.

Written cancellation requests will be accepted up to two weeks before the camp start date. A refund will be given minus a $30 cancellation fee per participant per camp. Cancellations after that point are non-refundable.
